Sami Lehmus has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sami started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Alexandria Pankkiiriliike Oyj, where they gained skills in sales and building customer relationships. Sami then joined the Finnish Defence Forces as a Trainer, executing training programs for servicemen and assisting senior officers with planning.
Lehmus later became the Country Manager for Whoopaa Ltd., where they were tasked with launching a new social media and intranet platform in Finland. Despite initial success, changes to the platform's idea and business model led to Lehmus and others leaving the company.
Lehmus co-founded GreenStreet Oy, an early sustainable lifestyle eCommerce company in Finland, where they served as the Marketing Manager. Sami also founded and served as the CEO of Timer Group Oy, a startup focused on online appointment booking software.
Lehmus further expanded their expertise in eCommerce as the Head of Growth at Hiuksillesi.fi/Session Salon. During their tenure, they transformed the hair salon business into a multi-million omnichannel business through the launch of an eCommerce platform and global growth strategies.
Lehmus then joined Eeco, where they held multiple roles, including Sales Manager & Partner, Chief Executive Officer, and Head of Ecommerce. Sami successfully transformed the digital agency into one of the leading eCommerce agencies in Finland, achieving significant revenue growth and doubling the employee count while maintaining profitability. Eeco was later rebranded as Fonecta Oy, where Lehmus assumed the position of Head of Ecommerce.
Currently, Lehmus serves as the Head of DX & Online Sales at Fonecta Oy, focusing on driving digital transformation and online sales strategies for the company.

Sami Lehmus began their education journey in 2004 at Valkeakosken lukio, where they pursued their undergraduate studies focusing on social studies. Sami completed this program in 2007. Continuing their academic endeavors, Sami enrolled at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in 2010, embracing the field of marketing and entrepreneurship. After three years of dedicated studies, they successfully attained a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship degree in 2013.
