Kikka Pörsti has several years of work experience in various roles within different companies. Kikka started their career as a sales secretary at Huoneistokeskus Oy in 2003. In 2004, they worked as a restaurant worker at Satakunnan Osuuskauppa. In 2006, they joined Fonecta Oy as a customer advisor before eventually transitioning to the role of media consultant in 2013. Recently, they have been serving as a sales team manager at Fonecta Oy since February 2020.

Kikka Pörsti attended Porin Ammattiopisto from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Tourism Industry. Kikka also holds a certification in Digimediamyyjän sertifiointi from IAB Finland, which they obtained in February 2019.
