Roberto Baggiano is a Principal at FSI since 2015, where contributions include the development of the FSI SGR initiative and completion of initial investments, notably in Cedacri, a leading core banking software platform in Italy. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Management Consultant at Bain & Company from 2010 to 2015, focusing on extraordinary transactions and private equity across various sectors. Notable projects encompassed a $6.4 billion international acquisition in technology and a €1.0 billion financial restructuring involving over 20 financial institutions. Roberto also completed an internship as a Business Analyst at JPMorgan Chase in 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master's in International Management from CEMS, alongside studies at Rotterdam School of Management and Università Bocconi, where Roberto earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in economics and management.
