Emily Pascoe is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at Fondazione Edmund Mach since 2023 and serves as the Parasitology Communications & Social Media Editor for Cambridge University Press since 2019. As a co-founder of GOALS - Girls' Outdoor Adventure in Leadership and Science since 2018, Emily has developed a summer science program that empowers high school girls and gender-expansive youth through immersive field-based experiences. Previous experience includes postdoctoral researcher roles at Wageningen University & Research and the University of California, Davis, and a research assistant position at Fondazione Edmund Mach, focusing on ecological impacts from various environmental factors. Emily holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and a B.Sc (Hons) in Biology from Cardiff University.
