Jean-Pierre Bosser serves as the Directeur général at Fondation Mérieux since 2019 and holds the position of Chef d'état-major de l'armée de Terre within the Armée de Terre since September 2014, overseeing the training and command of 130,000 soldiers. Prior to these roles, Jean-Pierre was the Directeur du Renseignement et de la Sécurité de la Défense at the Ministère des Armées from 2012 to 2014, responsible for coordinating one of France's six intelligence services.
