Adnane ElJersifi, PhD, serves as an R&D Engineer at Fondation MAScIR since March 2018, supervising and participating in various research projects pertaining to pilot design, metallurgy, corrosion, wear damage, and failure analysis for industrial clients. To optimize material selection and minimize maintenance costs and failure risks, Adnane advises clients based on expertise in failure analysis, metallography, and erosion-corrosion phenomena, with a focus on phosphoric acid slurry mediums during doctoral studies. Previous experience includes conducting failure analysis for components in a cement plant at Ciments de l'Atlas and implementing lean manufacturing tools at SEWS-CABIND. Adnane holds a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from École Mohammedia d'Ingénieurs, as well as an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
