Sylviane METRO has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Adjointe de Direction financière at Fondation Mallet since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sylviane held the same title at Les Diaconesses de Reuilly from January 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included accounting advice, supervision of accounting practices, financial planning, and annual consolidated account production for over 50 establishments. Sylviane also has a background as Cheffe comptable at Association Saint Augustin ASA from July 2011 to December 2019, and as Cadre RH et financière at Droit d'Enfance - Fondation Méquignon from February 2004 to July 2011, focusing on financial and HR management. Sylviane's education includes various training programs between 2004 and 2017, culminating in a Maître d'apprentissage degree.
