Sylvie Boily is currently the Vice-présidente Centre Développement et Services Gérés at Cofomo since May 2023, and a board member at Fondation IUCPQ since September 2017. From April 2003 to May 2023, Sylvie held the position of Présidente and was an associated partner responsible for the Quebec office at Groupe CMI, where Sylvie was a founding partner, senior advisor, and CFO, managing significant projects for both governmental and private clients. Prior to that, Sylvie served as Vice-présidente Conception et réalisation de systèmes at Cognicase from November 1999 to February 2003, overseeing the assignment of over 200 consultants and ensuring project success in terms of profitability, quality, budget, and timelines. Sylvie Boily's educational background includes a degree from Cegep Limoilou and a Master of Science (MSC).
