Max Morel is an experienced professional in international cooperation and humanitarian aid, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer and Senior Program Manager at the ETH NADEL Center for Development and Cooperation since January 2024. In addition, Max is a Co-opted Board Member at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and has been the Director of Operations and President of Hirondelle USA at Fondation Hirondelle since 2018, where significant program impact was achieved under their leadership. Previously, Max held various roles at Médecins du Monde, including Executive Director and International Programs Coordinator, overseeing critical health programs in response to emergencies such as the Haitian earthquake and cholera epidemic. Early career experiences included positions at Doctors Without Borders and in theatre management and educational administration. Max holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Religious Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
