Deo Cephas Miningou is an experienced finance and compliance professional with a diverse background in nonprofit and auditing roles. Currently serving as the Finance & Compliance Officer at Fondation Hirondelle since December 2022, Deo previously held the position of Programmes Finance Officer at Medair from February 2014 to December 2022. An independent financial auditor from July 2012 to January 2014, Deo completed multiple project audits and provided training on accounting software. From January 2006 to June 2012, Deo was a Financial Auditor at Unbound, overseeing significant sponsorship funds and addressing regional challenges. Additionally, Deo worked as an independent contractor for Unbound to implement GIS mapping software and served as a graduate/teaching assistant at the University of Iowa for several years while completing advanced degrees in Urban & Regional Planning, Third World Development, and a certificate in Global Health Studies.
