İrem Arıca currently serves as the Data Science Director at Fomo Games, a position held since September 2021, after progressing from roles as Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Data & Analytics Assistant at Forward Media Turkey from November 2020 to September 2021 and an internship in Commercial and Digital Marketing at Pirelli from November 2017 to October 2018. İrem Arıca also completed a Production Planning internship at Kalekim Kimyevi Maddeler Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in July 2016. Education culminated in a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, completed in 2019. Early education was completed at Çapa Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi from 2010 to 2014.
