Susana Moyano Antepara has a diverse work experience history. Susana started their career in 2011 as a Medical Resident in Internal Medicine at the Ministry of Health in Ecuador, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they also served as a Rural Doctor, focusing on pharmacovigilance and vaccination campaigns. In 2015, Susana joined FOMAT Medical Research as a Medical Coordinator, responsible for data collection activities and training research assistants. Susana later transitioned to the role of Quality Management Director and Clinical Operations Medical Director - CRA, starting in September 2018. Additionally, Susana has worked as a Medical Research Advisor at Independiente, where they coordinated data collection activities, trained research assistants, and monitored documents. Overall, Susana has gained experience in clinical operations, quality management, medical coordination, and research advisory roles throughout their career.

Susana Moyano Antepara has a diverse education history with a focus on clinical research, healthcare, and public health. In 2013, they attended Harvard Medical School to complete a course in Principles and Practices in Clinical Research, specializing in Investigación Clínica. In 2018, they enrolled in UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, where they earned a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, specializing in Occupational Health and Risk Prevention.

Susana also pursued additional coursework in pharmaceuticals and pharmacovigilance. In 2017, they took a Basic Course in Pharmacovigilance at OPS/OMS, focusing on pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacology. Susana further enhanced their knowledge of pharmacovigilance with a course at Phase SMO in 2020, specifically targeting the pharmaceutical industry.

Continuing their educational journey, Susana earned a Master's degree in International HIV Infection from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in 2014-2015. This degree focused on international public health and international health. Additionally, they participated in a workshop on "Informed Consent and Ethical Principles of Clinical Research" at Fomat Medica Research in 2017, deepening their understanding of clinical laboratory research and related professions.

Lastly, Susana's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Universidad de Guayaquil, completed from 2004 to 2011. Prior to this, they received their high school education at Colegio Americano de Guayaquil, completing the Químicobiológicas (QUIBIO) program from 1992 to 2004.

Susana Moyano Antepara has also obtained several certifications alongside their formal education. Susana became a Member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) in 2021. Susana also holds certifications in International Public Health Management Development Program from the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation-Government of India in 2021, Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo Ecuador from UNIR-La Universidad en Internet in 2020, Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) from ACRP in 2021, and International Auditor ISO 45001:2018 from TÃœV Rheinland Group in 2020.
