Robert Phu has a wealth of customer service experience. Robert began their career in 2008 at Optus, where they were initially hired as a Billing Support Representative, and was later promoted to an iPhone Tech Support specialist. In 2010, they moved to amaysim, where they started off as a Customer Service agent taking calls and later moved to the back office team handling emails. Robert also incorporated social media queries into the email team. In 2017, they joined Booster Apps as a Customer Service Team Lead. Most recently, they began working at Follow Up Boss as a Customer Support Expert in 2022.
Robert Phu attended Sefton High School from 2000 to 2006.
