Anya Civitella has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Anya started their career as a Financial Analyst at Bank Boston in 1997. From there, they worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company and an Independent Consultant at the World Bank in 2001 and 2002, respectively.

In 2003, Anya joined Accenture as a Manager in Strategy and Business Architecture. Following their time at Accenture, they joined CRH plc in 2006 as a Vice President. At CRH plc, they executed acquisitions totaling close to $2 billion and managed the integration of acquired companies into existing operations.

Anya's next venture was with Summit Materials in 2009, where they played a significant role in the company's growth and development. As one of the founding members, they helped transform the startup into a publicly traded company with revenues exceeding $2 billion. Anya initially focused on acquisition and growth strategies, then transitioned into operations. In their later role, they created and led the company-wide Performance Improvement Group, delivering annual savings of $25 million.

In 2021, Anya joined Specialty Granules LLC as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Growth. Anya oversaw the non-roofing segments of the company and developed strategies for organic and inorganic expansion into building materials and agriculture.

Currently, Anya is the Senior Vice President of Growth and Performance at Foley Products Company, starting in 2023. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong track record in strategy development, acquisitions, integration, and operational performance improvement.

Anya Civitella completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Amherst College, during the period of 1995 to 1997. Following this, they pursued further studies at Yale University, where they obtained their MBA degree with a focus on Strategy and International Relations from 1999 to 2001.
