Lobke Bijman Ramesh has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Lobke is currently working as a Customer Education Manager at Foleon since April 2022. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own website, www.lobkebijman.nl, where they specialized in webinars and online courses from October 2020 to December 2022.

In terms of public speaking and leadership, Lobke has been actively involved with Toastmasters De Sprekers Club Amsterdam since 2018. Lobke held the position of Vice President of Public Relations from July 2021 to September 2022 and served as President from July 2019 to June 2020. During their time at the club, Lobke honed their public speaking skills, evaluated and mentored other speakers, and developed their leadership abilities.

Lobke also has relevant experience in project management and webinar training. Lobke worked at OnlineSeminar as a Project Manager and Webinar Trainer from August 2018 to July 2020. In this role, they delivered webinar presentation training, improved processes, and provided advice to clients.

Before their career in the webinar industry, Lobke worked as a Freelance Tour Leader at DE UNA Colombia Tours from June 2016 to May 2018. Lobke managed logistics, maintained relationships with external parties, solved problems, and oversaw budgeting. Additionally, they served as a Tour Leader at Sawadee Reizen from May 2015 to February 2017, leading organized tours around Colombia.

Earlier in their career, Lobke worked as an English Teacher and substitute at Veluws College from December 2014 to May 2015. Lobke also worked as a Tourism and Marketing Teacher substitute at ROC van Amsterdam from August 2014 to November 2014. Prior to that, Lobke served as an English Advisor at GLOBAL LANGUAGES from July 2013 to June 2014, where they taught English, coached teachers, and coordinated a Saturday program.

Lobke Bijman Ramesh began their education journey in 2001 at Huygenwaard College, where they pursued the VMBO-theoretische leerweg degree. Lobke attended the college until 2005. Following this, from 2005 to 2009, Lobke joined Hospitality and Tourism Amsterdam, focusing on Tourism and Travel Services Management. During this time, they obtained a degree in Front Office Manager.

Additionally, Lobke obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they received the CELTA Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from Melbourne Training Associates. In 2014, Lobke completed an Introduction to Communication Science course at the University of Amsterdam. In 2019, they underwent Nonviolent communication training at the VINE Instituut voor Verbindende Communicatie. In 2020, Lobke participated in the Basiscursus Stemacteren program offered by Jolanda Bayens. Building on their skills, they completed the Product Launch Formula course under JeffWalker.com in 2021 and acquired influencing skills according to Cialdini from the Faculty of Skills (B Corp) in the same year. Most recently, in 2022, Lobke obtained the Agile Project Management Foundation certification from APMG International.
