Dennis Andreas Nirtl has had an extensive and varied work experience. Dennis Andreas is the Founder and Managing Director of FOKUS, a position they have held since 2018. Dennis Andreas is also a Co-Founder of OG Collective GmbH and The Icon League, both starting in 2023. In addition, they serve as the Chairman of the Board for 1337 Group since 2019 and is the Founder of RABONA GmbH since the same year. Previously, they were the Managing Director and Founder of STARK Esports from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Auditor for SQS - Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems from 2014 to 2016. Dennis has extensive experience in the esports industry, with roles such as an Esports Athlete and Gaming Enthusiast for OCRANA GmbH from 1999 to 2015, and as the Head of Operations for MeetYourMakers GmbH from 2009 to 2011.

Dennis Andreas Nirtl's education history begins in 2002 when they attended the Higher Commercial College, Paul-Spiegel-School, Warendorf. Dennis Andreas studied Economy, Administration, and Management during this period. From 2004 to 2006, they attended the European School in Ahlen, where they pursued a degree in Merchant in wholesale and foreign trade. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, they studied at ebk Herne, where they earned a State-certified educator degree.
