Randy Giltner has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Randy started their career in 1975 as a Construction Superintendent for various homebuilders. From 1990 to 1994, they worked as a Project Manager at Omega General Contractors. Randy then transitioned to the role of General Manager at Service Master Disaster Restoration Services from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they joined LEDIC Management Group as the Director of Construction Services from 1997 to 2006, and later took on the position of Project Manager within the same company. In 2006, Randy joined Fogelman Management Group as the Vice President of Construction Services, where they remained until 2015. Randy'sresponsibilities included managing major capital improvement projects, working with owners on budgets, issuing contracts, and ensuring compliance. Randy then briefly worked at Contractors Incorporated as a Project Manager in 2015 before retiring in 2019.
Randy Giltner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin between 1970 and 1975.
