Currently serving as Business Manager at Fogelman Properties since September 2019, Kimberly oversees daily operations for a multi-family community of 192 units. Previous positions include managing field operations for American Homes 4 Rent and serving as a Maintenance Coordinator, where responsibilities involved managing maintenance for over 1,500 single-family homes. Kimberly's background also includes roles in high-rise apartment management, sales representation, and administrative support in property management. Holding a degree from Kennesaw State University, Kimberly has developed a strong skill set in operations management, team coordination, client relations, and project oversight throughout an impressive career in the real estate sector.
