Quincy Moreno Casas has a diverse work experience, starting as an Administrative Assistant at Breakthrough Kent Denver in 2015. In this role, Quincy assisted the administrative team, led community events, completed daily tasks, and engaged with students, faculty, and parents.
The following year, Quincy took on the position of Breakthrough Kent Denver, directly managing a 7th grade science classroom during the summer. Responsibilities included lesson planning and advising students with feedback and learning strategies.
In 2017, Quincy became a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Kent Denver, taking charge of an 8th grade math classroom while also teaching a summer elective course on HTML and CSS programming. Quincy's most recent experience is at Focused Test, Inc. where they started as an Electrical Engineering Intern in 2020. Duties included assembly, bring-up, QA and testing of test systems, manufacturing test fixtures, and new product characterization. Quincy has now transitioned to the role of Electrical Engineer Trainee at the same company, with current responsibilities yet to be specified.
Quincy Moreno Casas obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from the Community College of Aurora, spanning from 2015 to 2019. Later, from 2016 to 2021, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Energy, from the University of Colorado Boulder College of Engineering & Applied Science.
