Candice Yono is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and design. As the Director of Product and Design at Focused Labs since June 2020, Candice has established the Product Management and UX Design team, driving product vision and strategy while managing P&L responsibilities. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Pivotal Software, Inc., where Candice led ideation features for the Tracker application, and various positions at Pivotal Labs focusing on agile design and team support. Earlier experiences include leading user experience initiatives at Seelio and providing career development support at the University of Michigan School of Information. Candice holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University, supplemented by a study abroad program in French.
