Madeline B. is an experienced design professional specializing in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at PrismHR since January 2022, Madeline has previously held senior positions at Rediker Software, where responsibilities included designing educational software for K-12 institutions and collaborating with key stakeholders on product strategy. As a Founding UX Designer at TicketNetwork, Madeline led the UX team within an Agile framework and significantly improved the company's top-performing e-commerce site through front-end development and design enhancements. Earlier roles focused on graphic design and web support, including positions at Kirschenbaum Productions, Bridge Communications Inc., and various design roles during academic tenure at the University of Connecticut. Madeline holds a BFA in Communication Design from the University of Connecticut.
