Dex Cross has extensive experience in sports and fitness management, serving as part owner at Juniors Sports Academy since January 2013 and at Focused Fitness since February 2012. Prior to these roles, Dex was involved in promotions at The Creative Counsel from January 2006 to December 2012 and completed a trainee position at Little Company of Mary Hospital in 2012. Dex holds a degree in Human Movement Sciences with a specialization in Biokinetics from the University of Pretoria, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and completed secondary education at King Edward VII School from 2004 to 2008.
