Todd Gehrmann began their work experience in 1992 as the Chief Executive Officer for FOCUS Training, where they led a team of 25 speakers, trainers, consultants, and staff to provide leadership, management, and professional development programs. Todd is a skilled professional speaker and trainer, delivering skill-based programs in a genuine and enthusiastic manner. Todd also contributed to the design of training programs for clients. In 1998, Todd worked as an Account Executive at Aflac.

Todd Gehrmann earned their Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994. Todd studied Political Science and Philosophy during their time at the university, which lasted from 1990 to 1994.
