Jason Henkel is the Founder and Chief Balance Engineer at Focus To Evolve, LLC, where since January 2015, innovative training and coaching sessions have been developed to enhance productivity and mental organization, significantly reducing burnout and anxiety while increasing output. Previously, from August 2015 to March 2023, Jason served as Sales Director for the Global Architectural & Vehicle Armor Division at ShotStop Ballistics, LLC, collaborating with architects and builders to provide advanced ballistics protection solutions. Jason held multiple roles at AkzoNobel from June 2003 to September 2015, including Global CRM Deployment Manager and National Account Sales Manager, contributing to various aspects of sales and operations. Jason obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from Ohio University and a Master's degree in Business Administration specializing in Management and Professional Selling from Cleveland State University.
