Zhenyu Zhang has a diverse range of work experience in the technology field. They started their career as a Computer Salesperson at ICG Computer in 1996, where they attended trade shows and conducted cold sales of computers and parts. They later transitioned into the role of Computer Technician, providing troubleshooting, upgrades, virus removals, and help desk support. In 2007, Zhenyu became the Business Manager at ICG Computer, where they maintained customer relationships, negotiated pricing with distributors, and researched parts for customers.

In 2010, Zhenyu joined Sentri, Inc. as an Associate Engineer, where they gained experience in basic network configuration and desktop support. They also worked as a Lync Engineer at Sentri, Inc., assisting in enterprise-level Lync deployments, configuring Lync as a PBX replacement, and handling IP address settings and SSL certificate requests.

From 2012 to 2015, Zhenyu worked as a Systems Engineer at All Covered, focusing on Hyper-V and VMware environments, deploying and maintaining client virtual machines, and performing basic switch and SAN configurations. They then joined Welsh Consulting as a Network Consultant for a short period, before transitioning to their role as a Systems Engineer at Data Evolution, LLC. At Data Evolution, Zhenyu worked with a team as a Systems Engineer, providing technical support and troubleshooting.

Most recently, Zhenyu started working as a Help Desk Engineer at Focus Technology in 2023. This role involves providing assistance and support to end-users with technical issues.
