Peter Gerakios has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Peter also worked as a Senior Linux System Administrator and Linux System Administrator at the same company, where they resolved client and server issues and improved ticket turnaround time by creating a support utility. Peter also worked as an Application Support Specialist at CiSt. Petersburg, where they maintained computers and provided support to end users. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Consultant at YourMembership.com, where they provided back-end configuration and training for clients. Peter began their career as a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent at Geek Squad LLC, where they performed repairs, provided support, and educated clients on proper equipment use.
