Heather Battick has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Heather started their career in 2003 at Sweetbay Supermarket, where they worked their way up to becoming a Customer Service and Sales Manager. At Sweetbay, Heather demonstrated strong customer service skills and took on leadership responsibilities.
In 2013, Heather joined Happy Grasshopper, where they held multiple roles over the span of five years. Heather started as a Client Manager & Success Coach, using their education and customer service background to train clients in best practices. Heather quickly gained technical knowledge and became proficient in providing support for more complicated technical issues. Heather also took on a leadership role in training new support members. Subsequently, they became an Asst. Product Manager & Project Coordinator, serving as a liaison between support and development. Lastly, Heather worked as a Quality Assurance and Product Consultant, utilizing their expertise to ensure the quality of the product.
Most recently, Heather joined Focus School Software in 2018 as a Tier 1 Support Technician, and later advanced to the role of Senior Tier 1 Support Technician in February 2022. In their current position, they serve as the first line of communication for clients reporting issues, monitoring tickets, answering phone calls, and coordinating with different teams to resolve problems.
