David Van Amstel possesses extensive experience in construction and project management, currently serving as an Estimator and Project Manager at Focus Plumbing since January 2020. Prior to this role, David held the position of Construction Manager at City Ventures, LLC, and previously worked in various capacities at Lennar, including Construction Manager and Construction Field Assistant. David's early career included roles as an Appraisal Assistant at Kern County Assessor, a Mason at Expert Masonry Inc, and a Finish Carpenter at HCSI. David holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business Management and Economics from Bakersfield College, along with a CalBre Certification in Real Estate Sales from Keller Williams Real Estate School. Further education was pursued at California State University, Bakersfield.
