Eric M. Oganesoff is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in investment banking and technology services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Focus Investment Banking since 2006, Eric has successfully completed over eighty mergers and acquisitions, debt, and capital raise transactions, while also holding CEO and President positions in various companies. Prior roles include CEO at TRAXUS Technologies, where Eric led the implementation of RFID technology in manufacturing and logistics, and President and CEO at TracerNET, specializing in wireless mobile asset management solutions. Eric also served as CEO for GreenStone Industries, the largest specialty fiber manufacturer in the U.S., and held a notable executive role at NASA, directing the development of a strategic international marketing plan for the space shuttle. Educational credentials include an MBA from Southern Illinois University and a BSEE from the University of Maryland.
