Emma Nichols Hartman has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2009, they worked as an Instructor at The Little Gym International, Inc., where they taught various activities to children. In 2010, they joined The Branchburg Sports Complex as a Party Hostess and Lil' Kickers Coach, where they organized parties and coached soccer using a creative and high-energy program. Emma also worked as a Graphic Design Intern at The Start Right Company in 2011, gaining experience in the field of graphic design. From 2012 onwards, Emma has been working as a Production Artist at Forever Collectibles, where they specialize in designing bobble heads for sports leagues and also handles production art.

Emma Nichols Hartman attended Kean University from 2008 to 2012. Emma earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Communications with a focus on Graphic Design during their time at Kean University. In addition, Emma also briefly attended the University of Worcester in 2010 to study Design and Applied Arts, though they did not complete a degree at this institution.
