Colin Johnson is an experienced Certified Business and Executive Coach, specializing in supporting managers, executives, and professionals in their career and personal growth. Colin has a talent for encouraging and challenging others to reach their goals and remove barriers to success.

Starting in 2022, Colin worked as a business and executive coach at FocalPoint, where they helped individuals achieve success and fulfillment. Prior to that, they were the Head Coach and Founder of Intrepid Executive & Business Coaching from 2021.

From 2017 to 2020, Colin served as a Station Manager at Intelcom, where they successfully turned around low employee and stakeholder morale and implemented an operational scalability model for the company to accommodate Amazon's e-commerce growth.

Before that, Colin worked at Bison Transport Inc. as a Senior Manager, Western Customer Service & Planning from 2015 to 2016. Colin achieved record levels of service execution for the Western Region account portfolio and drove significant growth in order volume and revenue.

Colin also has experience as the Regional Manager of Operations, Western Canada at SLH Transport Inc. where they revitalized relationships with key clients, secured new business, and improved operations. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Operations at H&R Transport Ltd. from 2006 to 2014, where they oversaw Western Canadian Terminals, Intermodal Operations, and Customer Service.

Earlier in their career, Colin worked at CN as an Account Manager, where they successfully cultivated and managed customer portfolios, increasing their value and generating substantial annual revenues.

Colin's work experience began at Carswell Legal Solutions, where they worked as a Key Accounts Manager and Business Development professional from 1996 to 2000.

Colin Johnson has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Colin also holds a Master's Degree in Arts with a focus on Political Science from the University of Waterloo. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Western University and another Bachelor's Degree in Arts with a specialization in Political Science from the University of Alberta.
