Slava Karnaukh has been working in the software engineering field since 2015. Slava started as a Junior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, where they were responsible for creating new functionality of applications, working on optimization and fixing bugs of existent functionality, implementing new features for top international companies, and utilizing Scrum methodology while working with distributed or local teams.

In 2016, they were a JavaScript Instructor at IT-школа EasyCode and a JavaScript Developer at eZLO Smart Home. In 2017, they were a JavaScript Instructor at Spalah IT-School, a JavaScript Developer at Aginity, a Senior JavaScript Developer and a JavaScript Developer at Brightgrove Ltd., a Senior Web UI Engineer at SoftServe, and a Senior Software Engineer at Panasonic North America.
