Nikhita Appana is an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer at FocalCXM since November 2021, bringing expertise in software quality assurance to the role. Prior to this position, Nikhita served as a Data Entry Operator at Zensoft Training Center from August 2021 to January 2022. Nikhita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resource from DVR & Dr. HS MIC College of Technology, completed in August 2021. Additionally, Nikhita earned an Associate's degree in Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Vishwa Bharathi Degree College in June 2019 and completed secondary education in Business/Commerce at JRC Junior College in June 2016.
