Forrest Smith possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Foamtec International WCC since May 2022. In addition, Forrest has been the Managing Director at Honey Locust Ranch since April 2019. Prior positions include Manager of Plant Human Resources and Global Human Resource Integration Project Manager at Guerbet from December 2015 to March 2019, and Manager of Plant Human Resources at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from 2003 to December 2015. Forrest began a career in human resources management at Federal Signal Corporation, working from 1998 to 2003. Educationally, Forrest earned a BBA in Business Management and Human Resources from Sam Houston State University between 1990 and 1993.
