Jim Underwood began their career in 1974 as a Sales Representative for Ashland Chemical Company. In 1987, they moved to Olin Corporation as a Technical Sales Representative. Finally, in 1989, they joined Foam Supplies, Inc. as an Account Manager. At Foam Supplies, Inc., Jim was responsible for the company's global enterprise with multiple U.S. locations.

Jim Underwood earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from The Ohio State University, where they studied Marketing.
