Tom Bjerregaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the development of the welfare society and public sector. Since October 1997, Tom has served as a Specialkonsulent at FOA, focusing on management, organizational development, and governance models, while also engaging in advocacy and consultancy. Previously, Tom held the position of Sektionsleder, overseeing a team responsible for organizational advisory services and competence development. Prior experience includes consultancy roles at Kommunernes Landsforening and Brøndby Kommune, where Tom managed significant projects related to decentralization and the development of childcare institutions. Tom Bjerregaard holds a Ph.D. in Public Sector Development from Roskilde University and a degree in Sociology from the University of Copenhagen.
