CasSandra Mason is an experienced Billing Specialist with over a decade of expertise in medical billing. Currently employed at Consolidated Medical Practices of Memphis since July 2019, CasSandra is responsible for correcting and refiling rejections from commercial carrier insurance companies, as well as handling patients who have filed for bankruptcy. Prior to this role, CasSandra worked at Healthquest from April 2008 to July 2019 in a similar capacity. CasSandra holds a degree from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2014 and 2021.
