Conrad Johnston has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Conrad started their career in 1998 as a Desktop Support Analyst at the NZ Correspondence School, providing support to teaching staff and generating IT performance reports. From 1999 to 2002, Conrad worked as a Systems Administrator at Unisys, gaining MCP certification and specializing in systems health and performance monitoring. Conrad then joined MAF in 2003 as a Specialist Technical Systems Administrator, responsible for third-level support.
