Odirile Okaile is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Credit Manager at FNB Zambia since August 2023, following a secondment from Rand Merchant Bank, where Odirile has held the same title since May 2020. Prior to these roles, Odirile was a Credit Manager Origination at First National Bank of Botswana Limited from September 2014 to April 2020, and held positions as an Equity Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager at STANLIB from July 2011 to July 2014, and as an Equity Research Analyst at African Alliance from July 2010 to June 2011. Odirile began the career as an Investment Research Analyst at Fincraft from January 2009 to June 2011. Odirile holds multiple qualifications including an AAT in Accounting, a CIMA in Management Accounting from Botswana Accountancy College, a senior management development programme from Stellenbosch Business School, and an MBA from the University of Derby.
