Lubasi Mpasa is an accomplished financial leader with over 15 years of experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Cards and Payments Manager at FNB Zambia since September 2014, Lubasi Mpasa has successfully led initiatives to enhance debit card usage, developed strategic marketing campaigns, and spearheaded digital innovations to improve customer convenience. Previously, as the Key Account Manager at Airtel Zambia PLC, Lubasi Mpasa managed relationships with strategic clients, focusing on business development and satisfaction. Educational achievements include an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich, along with certifications in Digital Money and Digital Finance from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
