Gershom Chungwe is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt recovery and credit management. Currently serving as Team Leader for Commercial Recoveries at FNB Zambia since October 2021, Gershom oversees high-risk non-performing loans and aims to minimize impairment losses while maximizing recoveries. Previous roles include Collections Analyst at FNB Zambia, Recoveries Officer at Atlas Mara Zambia, and Senior Credit Officer at AB Bank Zambia Limited, demonstrating a strong track record in managing consumer and SME collections, securing payment arrangements, and structuring customer loans. Gershom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Production and Operations Management from Copperbelt University.
