Chris Hall has had a range of work experience over the years. Chris started their career in 2002 at Investment Counsel & Trust Company, where they worked as a Client Reporting professional until 2006. In 2007, they interned at the U.S. Department of State in the Economics Section. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Interagency Training at IDS International. In 2015, they held the role of System Administrator at Rockhammer Talent Solutions for a brief period before joining General Dynamics Information Technology as a System Administrator from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at MedSpeed. Chris Hall's most recent position is Senior Cloud Engineer at FM:Systems, starting in November 2021.
Chris Hall obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Political Science from The University of Memphis, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Chris then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs and National Security at Texas A&M University - The Bush School of Government and Public Service from 2006 to 2008.
In terms of additional certifications, Chris Hall obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2016. Chris also completed the Joint Humanitarian Operations Course offered by USAID/OFDA in May 2013. Further, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in July 2016, followed by the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate certification in March 2018. Additionally, Chris Hall obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in November 2014 and the Security+ certification from CompTIA in March 2017.
