Mr. Hammarquist has been in the call center and account receivables industry for the past 19 years working with technology systems for Enterprise Recovery Systems, Ocwen Federal Bank, State Collection Services and Convergent USA…one of the nation’s largest call center operations. As the CIO for FMS, Dennis has applied his knowledge and best practices he has learned to the organization. Dennis has a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology and his Master’s in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
