Tom van Kempen, CFA, is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in equity analysis and private equity investment. Currently serving as an Investment Officer in Private Equity at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, since October 2018, Tom previously held roles as a Senior Associate in Private Equity. Prior to FMO, Tom worked as an Equity Analyst at Candriam, focusing on fundamental European equity in the financial sector, and at Petercam and ING Commercial Banking, where responsibilities included sell-side equity analysis. Tom's academic background includes a Master's degree in International Management from KEDGE Business School, a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of Hull, and a Bachelor of Science in European Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
