Jolanda Breur is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Officer at FMO - Dutch Development Bank since January 2017, Jolanda co-established the recruitment function and manages the recruitment cycle for multiple departments. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant at Steens & Partners, where Jolanda conducted in-depth client consultations and developed creative job advertisements. Prior experience also encompasses positions at Randstad Australia Pty Ltd, OC&C Strategy Consultants, Ernst & Young, and Content, where Jolanda handled various aspects of recruitment across finance and corporate sectors.
