Edilberto Jose Baquero is a seasoned professional in water technology and development, currently serving as Senior Associate Partnerships for Impact and in Public Investment & Blended Finance at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since May 2019. Prior to this, Edilberto held the position of Project Officer for International Water Cooperation at the Netherlands Water Partnership from September 2012 to April 2019. Additional experience includes advisory roles, project coordination, and research positions at various organizations, including International Business Research Groningen, Waternet, and Wetsus. Edilberto's academic credentials consist of a Master’s degree in Water Technology from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Popular del César. Contribution to the community also includes volunteer work with the Red Cross Youth from 1995 to 2001.
