Mike Viola is an experienced professional in client services and executive coaching, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at FMG Leading since January 2023. At FMG Leading, Mike provides expert guidance on leader quality, team performance, strategy, and culture design. Parallel to this role, Mike has been an Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor at EmpowerUP Coaching since September 2020, focusing on health care and high-growth industries with C-suite and VP leaders. Previously, Mike held the position of Market President at naviHealth, Inc., where responsibilities included managing care for over 10 million members. Additional experience includes leadership roles in client experience at Accolade, strategic business development at AmerisourceBergen, and project management at Sapient, among others. Mike holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Princeton University.
