Novahiwa Masiyano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader in Business Banking at First Capital Bank, Malawi since February 2022, Novahiwa previously held multiple leadership roles at Sycamore Credit Limited, including Chief Executive Officer and Acting General Manager, alongside experience in financial statement preparation and compliance. Novahiwa's career also includes significant experience as an Audit Senior at Crowe and as an Audit Associate at Johnson & Wilson CPA. Novahiwa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from The Catholic University of Malawi and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Eastern and Southern African Management Institute.
