Davie Botie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, operational management, and business development. Currently serving as the Head of HR Technology, Data & Operations at FMBcapital Holdings Plc since April 2023, Davie plays a crucial role in transforming HR operations across multiple African countries by leveraging technology and data. As Managing Director of ZURI INVESTMENTS since July 2010, Davie oversees daily operations and business development strategies. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner and Learning & Development Specialist at Illovo Sugar Africa, Human Resources & Administration Manager at United Purpose, and various administrative positions within the Malawi government and other organizations. Davie holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Human Resources Management from Wuhan University of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. Recently completed a certificate in AI Career Essentials from ALX Academy.
