Aysha Fasil is an experienced HR and administration professional with a background in strategic HR management and operations. Currently serving as the HR & Admin Manager at FMART Group International since November 2022, Aysha focuses on developing HR strategies that align with business objectives and ensuring legal compliance. Previously held the position of HR Operations Officer at Deem Finance, managing various HR tasks such as recruiting, payroll, and onboarding. Prior experience includes roles at VPS Healthcare, where Aysha contributed to operations and administration, and Ozone Marine Solutions as an IT System Administrator and Data Analyst.
